Terms of Service — Guuzo

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Guuzo you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the platform. You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.

2. Your Account

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. You may not share your account or use another person's account without permission.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or harm other users.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Post false, misleading, or deceptive content
Harass, threaten, or abuse other users
Use Guuzo for commercial solicitation without our consent
Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or exploit the platform
Upload content that violates intellectual property rights
Impersonate any person or entity

4. Content

You retain ownership of content you post. By posting, you grant Guuzo a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to use, display, and distribute that content within the platform. You are solely responsible for your content and any consequences of sharing it.

5. Subscriptions & Payments

Paid plans (Plus, Premium) are billed on a recurring monthly or annual basis via Stripe. You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not offer refunds for partial periods except where required by law.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

Guuzo is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the platform will be available, error-free, or that matches will result in successful travel arrangements. You use the platform at your own risk.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Guuzo shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to damages related to travel arrangements made through connections formed on Guuzo.

8. Changes to Terms

We may modify these terms at any time. We will provide reasonable notice of material changes. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
